Meditation Training Class

By understanding the source of emotions and learning the basic application of aromatherapy essential oils, service users can experience the healing effects of aromatherapy essential oils and meditation, and learn to calm their inner selves and relax their emotions.

Reference hours

3 hours in total (2 sessions of 1 hour and 30 minutes each)

After completing the workshop, participants will be able to:

  1. Understand the origin, purpose, and benefits of mindfulness practice.

  2. Learn how to cultivate concentration, enhance self-observation, regulate emotions when facing stress, and increase inner peace.

  3. Learn how to recognize, accept and manage your emotions. Explore the nature and source of emotions to achieve emotional balance and stability.

  4. Through actual practice and experience, coupled with sound, environment, and under the guidance of the instructor, students will progress in the classroom and feel the relaxation of body and mind and emotional stability. After completion, students can also share and exchange experiences and feelings with the instructor and other students.

  1. Learn the basic concepts and techniques of meditation practice to develop concentration and insight.

  2. Improve the ability of emotion management and emotion regulation to achieve emotional balance and stability.

  3. Learn to practice emotional meditation to reduce stress, relax your body and mind, and increase your mental tranquility and peace.

Target: High school students in the first grade and above, adults are welcome, and group classes are welcome
