Course Overview

After attending the course, participants can learn from the basics to the depths:

  1. Learn about the types of essential oils that are suitable for head care, neck and shoulder care, respiratory system, digestive system and sleep habits, and learn how to choose the right essential oil.

  2. Learn different ways to apply essential oils, including massage, diffusion, steam inhalation, etc., and understand the applicable situations and effects of each method.

  3. Understand the dilution methods, dosages, and precautions of essential oils to ensure safe use of essential oils and avoid adverse reactions.

  4. Explore tips for head care, neck and shoulder care, respiratory care, digestive care, and sleep habits, and learn how to choose the right essential oil formula.

  5. Through practical operations and exercises, learn how to use essential oils to care for the head, neck and shoulder, respiratory system, digestive system and sleeping habits in different situations.

Learning objectives

After completing the workshop, participants will be able to:

  1. Learn how to use essential oils for head care, including relieving headaches, reducing stress, and promoting scalp health.

  2. Explore essential oil applications for the neck and shoulder area to relieve neck tension, relax muscles, improve blood circulation, and more.

  3. Learn which essential oils can support respiratory health by clearing the air, soothing a stuffy nose, relieving a sore throat, and more.

  4. Understand the application of essential oils in digestive system care, including relieving indigestion, promoting digestive function, relieving abdominal discomfort, etc.

  5. Learn how to use essential oils to improve sleep quality, including relaxing the body and mind, relieving insomnia, and establishing healthy sleeping habits.

  6. Explore the application of essential oils in emotion management and learn how to use essential oils to balance emotions, reduce stress, boost mood, and more.

  7. You will receive aromatherapy essential oil products related to the class.
